Elaheh Farmand is the Program Associate at Justice Catalyst.

Prior to joining JC, Elaheh was a union organizer with SEIU Healthcare PA where she helped healthcare workers in their struggle for dignity, fair working conditions and wages. Elaheh is a volunteer organizer with the Emergency Workplace Organizing Committee (EWOC). She has a BA in English from New York University. She is an Iranian immigrant and is also the founder of Immigrants & Exile: a storytelling, multidisciplinary platform that brings people together to share their experiences of immigration, exile, nostalgia, and longing.
